Requests that substantially change the original direction, require a completely new concept, or fall outside the purchased package may be treated as additional work and may incur an additional fee.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Final Deliverables

The final files provided depend on the package purchased.

Depending on the selected service, deliverables may include formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or other agreed file types.

Only the files and services specifically included in the purchased package are guaranteed.

Source files or additional formats are provided only when included in the selected package or separately agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and completion of the applicable project, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final approved logo or design for their business, subject to the terms of the purchased service.

Veridomax retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, rejected concepts, drafts, working files, and internal creative materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any rights relating to third-party fonts, stock assets, photographs, software, or other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

8. Client-Provided Materials

If you provide trademarks, images, graphics, fonts, photographs, text, or other materials for use in your project, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.

You are responsible for any claims arising from materials supplied by you that infringe the rights of another person or organization.

9. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Veridomax may display completed design work in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, or other marketing channels to demonstrate our services.

If you require your project to remain confidential or not be publicly displayed, please contact us before or during the project so that we can discuss appropriate arrangements.
