At Veridomax, our logo design and branding services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products unless specifically stated otherwise.

1. Digital Delivery

All completed logo designs, branding assets, and other applicable project files are delivered electronically.

Depending on the service purchased, final files may be delivered through email, a secure download link, or another digital delivery method provided by Veridomax.

No physical package or printed materials will be shipped unless explicitly included in your order.

2. Project Start

After your payment has been successfully processed, we may contact you to collect the information and creative direction needed to begin your project.

The design process may begin once we have received the necessary project information from you.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the package purchased and the complexity of the project.

Estimated timelines will be communicated through the relevant service page, order confirmation, or project communication.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

4. Revisions and Delivery

5. Final File Delivery

Once the design has been approved and the project is completed, we will provide the final files included in your purchased package.

Depending on the package, final deliverables may include formats such as:

• PDF
• Other file formats specifically stated in the purchased package

Only the deliverables included in your selected package will be provided.

6. Download Links

Where final files are provided through a download link, you are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files.

If you experience a problem accessing your files or a download link expires, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

7. Client Delays

Project timelines may be affected when the client does not provide required information, feedback, approvals, or other materials within a reasonable timeframe.

Such delays may extend the estimated delivery date.

8. Additional Services

Requests for additional concepts, revisions, file formats, or services that are not included in the purchased package may require an additional payment.

Any additional work will be communicated to the client before it is undertaken.

9. Delivery Issues

If you believe that your final files are missing, corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the agreed deliverables, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide the missing or corrected files.
